eSlides
Said briefly, the present project is aimed at approaching the digital slide technology by means of:
- Analysis and development of an acquisition module;
- Development of a common format for storing digital slides, in collaboration with other interested research groups;
- A forward analysis of methods for transmissions of cases on the
Web, i.e., protocols fully integrated in the future developments of the
Web
The above aims are being substantiated by the development of suitable software.
